| BOBBY GAVE ME ESTIMATE FOR A SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE OVER THE PHONE THAT WAS NOWNHERE CLOSE TO THE AMOUNT I WOUND UP PAYING. I WROTE DOWN $70 ROUTINE AND $85 IF MORE OIL WAS NEEDED. MY BILL WAS OVER $100. MY SON SAID TO PAY WITH CASH INSTEAD OF USING A CARD TO AVOID THE PROCESSING FEE. THAT WASN'T TOLD TO ME EITHER. I'M SURE THERE MUST HAVE BEEN AN EXPLANATION OF WHY THE ESTIMATE WAS OFF BUT NONE WAS GIVEN AND RATHER THEN ASK I JUST DECIDED MAYBE i WOULDN'T GO BACK. IF YOU'RE TAKING YOUR CAR THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND TRY TO GET YOUR ANSWERS IN WRITING. |
